Tocom rubber futures settle 1.3% lower as Shanghai rubber spends the day in negative territory amid caution ahead of Chinese economic data on Monday, including 4Q GDP. Tocom is likely to stay above the key Y250/kg level in the night session after moving in range trade Friday, says a Bangkok-based trader at a major exporter.
